1. The customer needs to have a legal registered trademark and business license, and sign a processing contract.

2. The label and identification of the outer packaging of the entrusted product must be correct (in accordance with the country's requirements for the labeling of the outer packaging of the product). If the outer packaging has the words "supervised production, technical provision" and other words, relevant legal certification documents should be provided.

3. For the products produced by customers according to the required quality, fragrance and color, we will produce samples after the samples and prices are confirmed.

4. The customer's self-storage package must be shipped to the factory 3 days before filling. For testing and production arrangements, if the package needs to be stored in the factory, it can also be notified three days before the package arrives in order to arrange storage in the warehouse.

5. According to the latest regulations in 2014, non-special products must be submitted for inspection and filing.

6. After the owner approves the above content, a processing contract should be signed to protect the interests of both parties. The processing contract must have the following attachments:

(1) A copy of the registered trademark of the customer's processed brand.

(2) A copy of the customer’s business license for trademark activities.

(3) The customer entrusts our company to process the product authorization letter.

(4) The layout design content drawing of the outer packaging and bottle body of the customer processed brand.

(5) The customer processed product varieties and names, product quotations and production cost schedules.

(6) The standard model of the contents of the processed varieties recognized by both parties.
